We work with the customer to resolve any problems you may have with your order.
Your satisfaction is always our concern. So, you can order with confidence that
you will receive a quality product and a product prepared especially for you.
Hams, turkeys, and racks of ribs require a two day
notice to prepare. They arrive frozen and usually take two to three days to
thaw. We recommend that you order early especially around the holidays!
Any problems with your order are handled on a personal
level as the need arises and must be reported to our Flying Pjg Department
within fifteen (15) days from the date your order was delivered by FedEx, the
postal service, or any other carrier service. Note that we do not ship on
Wednesdays or Saturdays.

Please make sure to include as much information as possible concerning your
order (order ID #, date ordered or shipped, person package was shipped to, your
name, telephone number, item ordered, how order was placed, etc.) to help
expedite the process.

does not take responsibility for items shipped to incorrect addresses given to
us by the customer. We cannot be responsible for items shipped as a gift to
someone who is not home. All problems with orders must be reported to our Flying
Pig Department within fifteen (15) days from the date your order was delivered

Wednesdays or Saturdays. Shipments to APO & FPO addresses will be sent by
the USPS and cannot be a frozen item. We accept money orders, cashier’s
checks, and credit or debit cards (Visa, M.Cd., AmEx., Disc.). (We also accept
cash if you walk-in.)
