1. Where can I get the hickory and spicy flavors?
Answer: You can order these flavors online or by calling 1.800.MAURICE
2. May I add another pound of BBQ or an extra pint of hash to my Flying Pig order if I want to?
Answer: To add to an extra lb of BBQ or a pint of hash to your order, add $10.00 per lb of BBQ (limit two lbs) or pint of hash.
3. How is your frozen BBQ prepared for shipment and shipped?
Answer: The BBQ is fully cooked over hickory pits for 24 hours. It is then put through a blast freezer where it is rapidly frozen to lock in the freshness. We ship FedEx 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
4. Does your product contain peanut oil?
Answer: No.
5. Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Germany, Sweden, etc.?
Answer: Yes, and we can ship our BBQ sauce to countries outside of the contiguous United States. We ship these via the U.S. Postal Service, either 3 day priority or parcel post. Frozen bbq is not shipped to the majority of these countries due to customs regulations.
6. What are your hours of operation at your restaurants?
Answer: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm eastern standard time. Most restaurants are open 7 days a week. The exceptions are the Elmwood location (closed Sunday) and the Orangeburg location (closed Sunday & Monday.)
7. Are there holidays that your restaurants are closed for?
Answer: Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Open at most locations on New Year’s Day.
8. Who do I need to speak with regarding restaurant bulk-item pick-up or delivery?
Answer: Call the drive-in location at 1600 Charleston Highway in West Columbia and ask for Lloyd, Karen, or the manager in charge. Please give two to three days notice if possible. The phone number is 803.796.0220 and the fax number is 803.926.4253.
